The bulbs and fruit trees have been flowering, making my yard come to life after a long dreary winter. The bad news is that I now need to maintain my yard better! My yard to-do-list is about to explode! I need to plant some vegetables in my veggie garden, weed, mow the lawn, rake loose pine cones, and start watering. I'm glad my yard is beautiful even before the roses bloom. When they do bloom, I will have more roses to trim than I will know what to do with!
These beauties survived a couple of late snow storms.
As you can see, there is some serious weeding that needs to be done.
There's a bunch of these growing in my vegetable garden, so I hope it's something delicious.
